This would typically include vocational training and entrepreneurship development, training support to incubation facilities, and the development in general of commercial understanding and business ethics. In this process, Harvest Floor provides training support to Gearvest and all other investors under the Leyton Developments banner but take education also to the community with various Teach the Teacher programmes and support of educational institutions.
