Podile water launch.

Podile Primary School a large school in Ga-Molekana Village, consisting of 898 learners. Imagine having this large school but no running water supply to keep them in school. This was a reality for this rural school of Mapela.

Harvest Floor heard the cries of the people and helped them by erecting water tanks on the school property. Now the learners can stay in school and learn instead of walking long distances to get clean drinkable water. They can now open one of many taps installed and drink clean running water.

On 4 May 2021 Harvest Floor celebrated their First Water Drink Ceremony with the community members and leaners of Ga-Molekana village and a guest of honor, mr Sipho Mahlangu, chairperson of National house of Traditional Leaders, (Cogta) spend this special occasion with us!

Harvest Floor visits the school regularly and stay connected to provide the school with support in many areas. The school receives food on a regular base and educational resources and support
